2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the bck444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a bck444 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering an account on bck444, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bck444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., bKash or Nagad account screenshot confirming your registered mobile number).

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active bck444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. bck444 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued through them.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bck444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your bck444 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. bck444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bck444 aims to process withdrawals within 5 to 10 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. bck444 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bck444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. The Platform may not be used as a payment processing mechanism. Players who deposit funds must do so with the genuine intent to use those funds for gaming on the Platform. bck444 reserves the right to investigate and report any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering or other financial crime.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bck444 are subject to specific terms stated at the point of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"), which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly within each individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bck444 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses, and voiding of associated winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Coordinated play between accounts to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Placing bets that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gambling activity.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk, high-RTP game combinations designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising variance.

4.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and associated free spin winnings that are not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. bck444 is under no obligation to notify players before bonus expiry occurs; it is the player's responsibility to use bonuses within the stated validity period.

5.1 Random Number Generation

8.1 Platform Availability

bck444 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bck444's control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party provider outages). bck444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Gambling Losses

bck444 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. All wagers are placed at the player's sole risk and discretion. Gambling outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live events outside bck444's control. bck444 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for any financial loss resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bck444 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

9.1 Termination by bck444

bck444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where bck444 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• The player is or has been engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• The player's account is being used to launder money or facilitate any illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your bck444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or withdrawal holds apply. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.1 Data Collection

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bck444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

bck444's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorised representative of bck444.
